988 Mental Health Crisis Lifeline

988 is the 24/7 national mental health lifeline you can call, text, or chat with a mental health professional in moments of a mental health crisis. This is a mental health crisis intervention, meaning anything mental health related. You can call/text/chat in support of yourself, you can also call/text/chat as a natural support for someone you are with.

Put 988 into your phone, make sure all your friends, and family have it in their phones. Give it a contact name, so you can access 988 hands free.

As always, if there is a medical emergency, threat to you, or someone’s physical wellbeing, call 911.
